All Commands

A quick reference for all Scout commands. Type /help in Discord to see this list anytime.

LFG Commands

• /lfg [game] [players] [description] [when] — Create an LFG session. Game is required; everything else is optional. Add a time to schedule for later.
• /sessions [platform] [game] [when] — Browse and join active sessions. All filters are optional.
• /bump — Repost your active LFG and send a fresh wave of invites.
• /end — End your session. Cleans up channels, posts, and invites. Sessions also end automatically when everyone leaves voice.
• /leave — Leave a scheduled session you’ve RSVP’d to.

Social Commands

• /friends add [username] — Add a friend by Discord or GameTree username.
• /friends remove [username] — Remove a friend.
• /friends list — View your friends list.
• /profile [username] — View a player’s profile by their Discord or GameTree username.

Settings Commands

• /connect [username] [email or DOB] — Link your Discord to your GameTree account for enhanced matching.
• /preferences — Manage invite visibility, snooze, muted games, and muted hosts.
• /timezone [timezone] — Set your timezone (required for scheduling).
• /help — View all available commands.

Server Admin Commands

These require “Manage Server” permission:

• /lfgchannel set — Set the current channel as the default LFG posting channel.
• /lfgchannel info — View the current LFG channel configuration.
• /welcome set [message] — Customize the welcome DM for new server members (up to 2000 characters). Supports placeholders: {{displayName}}, {{username}}, {{guildName}}.
• /welcome clear — Reset to the default welcome message.
• /welcome preview — Preview the current welcome message.
