GameTree PBC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By using the Services, you agree that you will not:

• 1.1. Be younger than 13 years old.
• 1.2. Ask for money/funding/donations.
• 1.3. Advertise, including in the feed (aside from one post every 7 days), comments, sessions, private or public messages, unless you have our permission, this includes:
  • 1.3.1) brands, products, or services;
  • 1.3.2) 3-rd channels, groups, servers or social networks;
  • 1.3.3) yourself (social media profiles, content you make, your groups, servers, recruitment notices etc.)
• 1.4. Look for a romantic relationship by posting about it in the GameTree feed, in one’s bio on their profile, or by messaging GameTree users directly in the app.
• 1.5. Spam in any type or form.
• 1.6. Stalk, harass or bully anyone within the app.
• 1.7. Post any Content that:
  • 1.7.1) violates or infringes anyone’s rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right;
  • 1.7.2) contains hate speech, vulgar language, is threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic; incites violence; or has nudity or contains graphic and/or gratuitous violence;
  • 1.7.3) promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
  • 1.7.4) reference drug use, abuse, culture, terminology, etc.
• 1.8. Contacting members directly or through posts for advertising purposes only, or having a sole purpose to advertise your server, Twitch channel or other platforms without engaging the community in discussions or gaming sessions.
• 1.9. Create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.

2. By using the Services, you agree to:

• 2.1. Receive occasional emails from us about product updates, gaming news

3. GameTree grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of letting you use and enjoy the benefits of the services as intended by GameTree and permitted by this Agreement. Therefore, you agree not to:

• 3.1. Use the Service or any content contained in the Service for any commercial purposes without our written consent.
• 3.2. Copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, images, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property, content or proprietary information accessible through the Service without GameTree’s prior written consent.
• 3.3. Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by GameTree.
• 3.4. Use any robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search/retrieval application, proxy or other manual or automatic device, method or process to access, retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
• 3.5. Use the Services in any way that could interfere with, disrupt or negatively affect the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
• 3.6. Upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.
• 3.7. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service.
• 3.8. “Frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service without GameTree’s prior written authorization.
• 3.9. Use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to GameTree or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of GameTree) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
• 3.10. Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service, or cause others to do so.
• 3.11. Use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users’ Content or information without our written consent.
• 3.12. Use, access, or publish the GameTree application programming interface without our written consent.
• 3.13. Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
• 3.14. Encourage or promote any activity that violates this Agreement.

4. Violating our terms and conditions may lead to a temporary or permanent ban of your account, deletion of all content that does so and restriction of one’s access to the app. GameTree reserves the right to do so without notifying the user.

5. The administration of the service reserves the right to permanently delete suspicious accounts at their own discretion without notifying the user.
