About André Henriques
Hello everyone! I’m André Henriques, a devoted gaming enthusiast, content creator, event producer, and proud member of the GameTree team.
For many years, my life has revolved around the gaming industry. I’ve had the pleasure of creating both written and video content about video games for various platforms and have had a role in some of the biggest gaming events worldwide, including Gamescom, Lisboa Games Week, and Comic Con Portugal.
One of the highlights of my career so far was managing and producing the entire gaming area at Rock in Rio Lisboa. This experience reinforced my belief that I could truly make a difference in this industry. I’ve also served as a producer at various exhibitions and events, including Lisboa Game Week 2022 and MEO Kalorama.
Before joining GameTree, I spent some fantastic years as a gaming and tech editor, designer, and video producer for IGN Entertainment, where I honed my skills in content creation and storytelling.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me creating gaming-related content on TikTok, or deeply engaged in one of the many games I enjoy. Gaming is not just my profession; it’s my passion.

Achievements in the world of Gaming, and Technology
Created text and media content for IGN’s Portuguese readers for 2 years, while working there as a Gaming Editor and Video Producer.
Helped organize the 9th edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa festival, which received more than 280 thousand people. Managed connections and interactions with more than 60 influencers and major partners.
Managed the Cashless Solution of the MEO Kalorama music festival, which received more than 112 thousand people and features bands like the Arctic Monkeys, Nick Cave, and The Chemical Brothers
Worked as a producer at the Lisboa Games Week 2022, which received more than 34 thousand visitors and showcased all that Portugal has to offer in the gaming industry.
