Child Endangerment Policy
At GameTree, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, particularly children. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits, harms, or endangers children. Apps, platforms, and services that do not actively prohibit and prevent such content will face immediate removal and legal action where applicable.
If you encounter any content on GameTree that may exploit a child, we strongly encourage you to report it immediately. You can:

- Report to your local law enforcement or a child protection organization
Prohibited Content & Activities
GameTree strictly prohibits the use of our platform for any activities that facilitate, promote, or tolerate child exploitation, including but not limited to:
- Sexual Exploitation & Grooming
- Any attempt to befriend, manipulate, or lure a child for sexual contact (online or offline).
- Sending, requesting, or coercing minors into sharing explicit images.
- Any discussion or encouragement of sexual acts involving minors.
- Child Trafficking & Sextortion
- Advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
- Threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate images (sextortion).
- Inappropriate Contact & Interactions
- Unwanted physical or verbal interactions targeting minors, such as groping, caressing, or suggestive messaging.
- Encouraging a child to engage in unsafe activities or meet in person under false pretenses.
- Harmful or Dangerous Content Targeted at Minors
- Apps or content that romanticize or normalize adult-minor relationships.
- Games, apps, or features that depict self-harm, suicide, or drug use in a manner appealing to children.
- Content that promotes negative body image (e.g., plastic surgery, weight loss apps designed for children).
Reporting & Enforcement Actions
If we become aware of any CSAM, grooming behavior, or child exploitation activities, GameTree will take immediate action, which may include:
- Removing the content and banning involved users permanently.
- Reporting the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other child protection authorities.
- Cooperating with law enforcement agencies in investigating and prosecuting offenders.

GameTree complies with global child safety laws and regulations, including:
