Since then there haven’t been a lot of updates, but a major one came just recently with the following announcement from the Together Team working on the mod:
“In our move towards the public release we are first opening up the client to all without any limit in time as well as 4 player private servers!
We hope this will help server owners and developers to get started with server development and plugin development while we keep working on reverse engineering some parts that are a bit troublesome such as abilities and NPC behavior/sync.”
Following this announcement their Discord server has swelled to over 12 thousand players eager to jump into some Hogwarts Legacy multiplayer action. Yamashi has also posted a list of milestones the team is working on and their current status.
